Good breakfast , water pool a little cold . Great staff

Stayed here twice already and they did not let me down. Staff is super nice! , breakfast is delicious they have a little bit for everyone. Hotel is close to basically everything totally recommended for anyone coming to Chiang mai alone or with family.

Breakfast menu is very good for the price, varied with fresh hot and cold food. Small hotel so there is no scramble to get food.

Very clean room, and the staff were very nice - would stay there again.

Really good stay. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Room was spacious and spotless, as was the bathroom which had a great shower. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied each day. All at a great price. Would certainly stay agai.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. The rooms and the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Great Stay

The Crew is a quiet, clean, modern hotel in a residential neighborhood right outside the Old City and has friendly staff. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor, which is fine if you are a deep sleeper but if not, bring your ear plugs if you like to sleep in. Breakfast, which is included, has delicious Thai food as well as fresh fruit and pastries. They give you free water bottles that you can help youself to and free bike rentals. One of the night markets is in walking distance. Many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is about 7-months new when I visited. The location of the hotel may be bit deep in the end but not a hassle for Grab cars or walk to out of the property. Staff are super friendly and made everything comfortable. Definitely recommend to any travellers travelling to Chiang Mai.
