I specifically booked the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport since i have a very early flight. I asked the receptionist if the airport is open 24 hrs and what taxi we can get, he doesnt know.. he also dont know how many minutes the hotel is from the airport.. overall, not very helpful at all because lack of knowledge on these things. Another receptionist was on duty when we were checking out, we went down to the front and nobody was there even if i rang the bell. The guy took a while to go to the reception area. They claim to have receptionist help 24/7 but not true. The door just automatically opens outside so it was scary to be there when its very early and dark and nobody to assist you if someone comes in.. Also their claim for luggage storage was not true. They just let you leave your bags in front by the door wherein anybody can just come in. No secured luggage storage so beware.. and sometimes the receptionist leaves their post so the front can be unattended...

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is location on the bus route and the tram is just a 1-2 minutes walk- 15 minutes to Venice City Center. The hotel can definitely use improvements and improved amenities. The hotel Need to ensure to create DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. I didn't like the idea of the receptionist collecting your key on departure. Oh this hotel does not offer room service or have a restaurant.. no pool

Good for the price and very close to airport, however shower flooded the bathroom regardless of the glass door, wifi didn’t really work, and the sheets were itchy.

Stuck in the airport at a late hour, got a nice clean cool room and great coffee in the morning for very good value. We were pleasantly surprised Thank you

The rooms are new and quite nice in appearance and functionality. The deck area is a small, shared space and for some reason they only offer one pillow for the bed. The proprietors were friendly but one doesn't really need to interact with them to check in and out. The location is close enough to Ortisei. There was construction next door but it wasn't a bother. I could hear people getting up in the morning but road noise was not an issue. I would stay here again.

We arrived very late and at the reception they treated us very badly. There is rust on all bathroom equipment. We had cockroaches in both rooms we reserved

Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien.

Clean room and quiet area. Breakfast buffet also available for 7 Euros.

OK for a one-night stay while flying in or out of Venice airport. Check-in was easy & the free parking is very convenient. Hotel feels very outdated & the comforter was stained. Overall the value is commensurate with the cheaper price compared to other options near the airport.
