The staff was so helpful. The room was amazing and the rooftop view was a special treat. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The entire room and lobby were immaculately clean and neat. The bathroom in the room is fantastic, with spare compartments for sink, toilet, and shower/bath. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel was amazing.

A wonderful experience. Rooms were plenty big for a family of 4. Very close to the subway line, so easy to get to most attractions. Breakfast is very good and there a ton of restaurants on level 2 if you’ve had a full day of exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emion Kyoto during our family trip to Japan. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were well maintained and provided plenty of space compared to many other hotels we have stayed at in Japan. The location was excellent, with easy access to Kyoto’s main attractions and convenient transportation options nearby. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. One of the things we appreciated most was how comfortable and quiet the hotel was after long days of sightseeing. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt organized and welcoming. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Hotel Emion Kyoto made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto and highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel was great, room clean, staff very kind and polite, always trying to help us. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent variety of hot and cold food. The spa was a bonus after a day of seeing the sites in the city to help us relax. The terrace offers a great view of the city and the sunset, is a very large space to sit and relax.
