Hotel is perfectly placed to explore all of Lisbon! It’s at the peak of a hill so be aware you’ll do a lot of walking to get anywhere but we loved the location! Hotel and room were gorgeous! We were on the first floor and the only thing I would say is we could hear guests coming up and down the stairs but it didn’t bother us too much. Rooms were stunning with huge French doors out on to the street, can’t hear any road noise and it was gorgeous to look out on the city every morning. Unfortunately we did so much exploring that we couldn’t take full advantage of the bar but it looked great and all the staff were really friendly. Some parts of the hotel looked a little tired; still masking tape on the staircase to the first floor and some of the flooring in our room was bubbling up but that is more feedback for the hotel rather than any criticism. We genuinely loved our stay and would return

Extremely friendly and useful staff. Very clean. Room pretty basic but has everything you need. Exceptionally clean.

Washroom was not sweep well

This is a wonderful place to stay in central Lisbon, right near the Alfama. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great location and hip styling made this a very nice stay in downtown Lisbon. On top of a pretty good hill, make sure to ask about the free public elevator. Unless you’re specifically looking to get high grade steps in, this will save your legs. Staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Site is working through some construction, so were some rough spots, but nothing that got in our way

The location was perfect, very close to everything. It seemed like everything was withing a 10mins walk. The hotel has a really cool bar with a chic patio.

We had far higher expectations of this hotel given the price. In a city full of incredibly nice people, the staff at this hotel were uniquely unfriendly and made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. They avoided eye contact whenever we would pass by through the hotel and seldom greeted us as we came and went. They were also more than 30 minutes late at check-in and offered us nothing for the inconvenience. We selected this location because it was likely to be less close to the noisy center, but it ended up being noisy because of the construction. For the service and the noise, I would spend your money elsewhere in the other nice hotels close by. The only positive note was the bed, which was comfortable.

Nice staff and great location

Beautiful hotel, ideally located. The rooms with balconies offer exceptional views. The main area for improvement is breakfast service, which only starts at 8:00 a.m. and can sometimes involve significant waiting times. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
