Not as advertised. No laundry facilities, no newspapers, no coffee and tea in common area. Otherwise suitable if used mostly for sleeping. Very tight bathroom entry, had to snake around door to get to sink area and I'm a small person. Shower nice, but took forever to get hot water. Breakfast was fine, good service, and I thought a nice selection. They kept luggage upon arrival, no problems. Air conditioning worked well. Not a far walk to the Underground. Stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet residential street. Worked fine for our needs.

What could be better: a poor breakfast, not a stable wifi connection, overall condition of the building.

The breakfast selection was very good and the staff kept it well stocked and everything cleaned up. The bed was comfy and all was clean. It was nice to have parking, but a little tricky. The staff was so friendly and kind!

Very convenient hotel, pleasant rooms, car parking behind the hotel, good breakfast with excellent service. Boris bikes very close by.

Not having a fixed air conditioner unit allowed excessive noise into the room, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom needs renovation.
Breakfast was good and reception helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.
