I recently stayed at Londoner Grand Macao and it exceeded expectations. From booking to checkout, service was excellent—the reservation team was efficient, and Jessica at front desk was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I had a couple of questions before arrival, email inquiries were settled quickly and professionally by the hotel reservation team. The hotel is spotless, with impeccable hygiene throughout. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet—calm and refined, with no hallway noise—perfect for deep sleep away from Macao's usual energy. The room was comfortable with great bedding, good temperature control, and thoughtful lighting. Room service was prompt and friendly. Extra touches: thorough turn-down service, excellent shower pressure, a solid in-room dining menu, and spotless lobby seating. Overall, a perfect blend of British elegance and Asian hospitality. Would I return? Absolutely.

The team guided me to incredible dining, including António Restaurant Macau, a Portuguese gem that became one of the culinary highlights of my trip. Those suggestions alone elevated my entire stay.
