Large bright room. Close to resturants

Comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast, perfect location

Good location. Close to Subway and everything. Good air conditioner. It's a life saver when outside is 40 to 41 C.

Basic Scandinavian efficiency. No frills, no cleaning except if requested.

I think the hotel is fine, not amazing value. The staff was nice. But I didn’t like the room: I found a pin on the floor when I first entered (had I walked barefoot it would have been painful), I had 2 single beds despite booking a double room (I was on my own). The coverd were tiny, same size as the bed. The mattress was merely a mattress topper so when I slept on the side, my bones hurt. The room itself was really basic. Location wise the hotel was in a good spot.

We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. 5 stars all around.

Trip was good until the hotel staff barged into the room 5 minutes after checkout. We weren’t fully dressed and that really soured the experience. Location is good for getting around Berlin. Room and hotel are good. Not spectacular but good

Staff so kind and friendly. My son wasn’t feeling well and had been sick. The staff brilliantly organised a room quickly before check in time. Breakfast amazing and staff always re-stocking and helping
