The hotel itself is an architectural masterpiece, and I am an architect who designs hotels. We appreciated the New Guinea art and artifacts as well. Great location, convenient to restaurants, museums and parks.

This is THE best hotel. The property is beautiful, so many inviting places to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. It is a museum and everywhere you look, there is some history. Staff are well trained, service is fast and flawless. The rooms are perfect, just a bit small but that’s europe for you. Most importantly they are noise proof, have real blackout curtains, all the necessary amenities. I can go on and on, so many details that they get right. Definitely recommend visiting.

Absolutely loved my stay. The Staff was very friendly and welcoming, hotel was beautiful and in a great location. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at, looking forward to visiting again.

A fantastic hotel. Great rooftop bar. Small pool if you want it. Close to city and the staff were so helpful……top tip: the mini bar in the room IS complimentary each day

Welcoming & helpful staff. Location is excellent. The only negative for me was their restaurant being closed for dinner on Monday night. Not a big deal since there is a wonderful seafood restaurant right across the street. Safe & quiet Madrid neighborhood.

The staff is friendly and helpful, everyone went above and beyond. The room was spotless clean. Bed and bedding super comfortable. Convenient location. Delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was an amazing visual and Food Experience

Beautiful hotel, second stay. However I was put in a much smaller room on the first floor and it was very loud.

Check-in was very fast and timely, all staff were excellent and professional, Breakfast was 5-stars and delicious. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of your magnificent hotel for making my stay truly memorable. My special thanks go to Mr. Bryam/ the business manager, Ms. Marina/ his assistant, Front desk staff: Ms. Lili, Ms. Carolina, Mr. Cesar, Ms. Carmin and Buffet breakfast staff: Mr. Hicham, along with his excellent team—Mr. Gregorio, Valeria, and David. Their commitment, professionalism, genuine hospitality, and warm smiles made me feel not like a guest, but like part of a family. This level of care and attention is what, in my view, elevates your hotel from a five-star establishment to a seven-star experience. I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Bryan/business manager, Ms. Lili’s kindness and Ms. Carolina attentiveness. This level of service is truly exceptional. The restaurant team also deserves high praise. Mr. Hicham and his colleagues were consistently professional, attentive, and timely. Their positive attitude made each breakfast not only enjoyable but unforgettable. I am genuinely impressed by the overall experience your hotel provides. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality.
