Fabulous hotel, food was great as was all the staff. This is a hotel that host groups of children who are attending football tournaments, but don't be put off, there were several groups there whilst we were on holiday and they were all impeccably behaved. Apart from them meeting in reception, mealtimes, or briefly in the evening, they were hardly at the hotel, and no trouble at all. My son had recommended this hotel after he had been with his school a couple of years ago and I wasn't disappointed at all. I would certainly go again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean. The shower spray was difficult to remain in the area. No pool towel available at all.

Good location with a possibility of finding parking which is not easy in Salou. Could improve on the cleanliness of the room and walls in the main areas. This is after a 4* after all. Air conditioning could also be improved to be more effective in the rooms. Smoking should not be allowed in the balconies as well as we couldn’t open the windows. But overall nice stay in Salou

I was very disappointed that there were no disabled parking spaces at the front of the hotel and that I was asked to pay for underground parking as soon as I registered at the reception. Many other hotels offer free parking for disabled guests and these are often located very close to the reception.

The room was as per pictures on the website, basic and dated but clean, the cleaners called every day and were very friendly. Air conditioning worked well in the room and the room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff not so approachable, breakfast included, very average, pool area was always overcrowded and uncomfortable. No towels provided for pool. Location was ok, 15 min walk to beach, 20 minute walk to water park.

Breakfast was nice & good options and no shortages. Property was nice. Pool was too cold to go in when we were there. No tennis and mini golf was not cleaned up or ready to use. Too windy for outdoor ping pong. We booked mainly for the activities but there were very little. The spa however was clean, warm and great to use. Could be free to guests. Cap purchase and wearing was tolerable. Massages too expensive at hotel also. Room cleaning can occasionally come quite early! No air con at the time we went and fridge useful but tempermental. No on site shop. Still on of the best as we looked at most before choosing this one.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Hotel wasn't too busy, enjoyed a quite relaxing stay.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good sized outdoor pool . Gym well equipped
The food however was lukewarm even though we were there at the opening time. Very disappointed as we have stopped there before in 2019 and food was exceptional.
