The room was clean, the breakfast was good. Glad to met Deliz, a Dominican who works at the restautant. She was very helpful and kind. Do not like the neighborhood surrounding the hotel

Great hotel and central to good restaurants.

Service was great. Larger entrance to the shower. I’m a big man and could barely get in.

Great location for train station and underground. Wonderfully helpful staff.

parking felt safe, but wow what a steal at 30euro a day. this is unacceptable, when you are paying for 2 nights already.

Stayed here last year and rated excellent. Returned for that reason and one of the best parts is the rooms come with full air conditioning and a decent size refrigerator, is useful for keeping chilled wine and drinks. This time when I checked into room,no refrigerator. I enquired at reception and was told not all rooms had. This ,despite fact I pointed out fact that the room I booked stated a refrigerator in specification and the hotel's own website states ALL rooms have refrigerator. The attitude from the receptionist was non apologetic and basically deal with it and if not happy return next day and complain (guessing she couldn't be bothered dealing with it). I was swapped to another room next day but it was an inconvenience and soured the start of the holiday. Additionally I was charged the full rate on the first night for a room which didn't meet specification in addition to,zero apology.

The breakfast was great and the space was comfortable.

Always a great stay.
