This place exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff and great amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lost in translation every time

Superb property with excellent staff... Loved the pools, especially the thermal ones... The property had multiple pools, both indoors and outside... Fantastic experience staying with family.. Centrally located with shopping markets nearby... Best place to stay when visiting Pamukkale

The hotel room was so hot when we arrived and it took 3 full hours to cool off once we turned it on. I get that they want to conserve energy when guests are not using rooms, but when you have a booked reservation and expecting guests in a room, on a hot summer day, have the air turned on and the room cool and ready. The staff was super pleasant and the hotel quiet. Very clean.

Hot spring water available in indoor and outdoor pools plus thhermal pool - all accessible 24/7.

Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

İt was a pleasant stay. The hotel allowed us to check-in earlier and to check out one hour later. The rooms are spaceful and they have good swimming pools. The hotel is small with only 18 rooms, so it is quite place to stay. They don't have a parking lot, but I didn't see any problem to park in the street in front of the hotel.

This was a good try when the hotel was built: You even have the hot spring tap in your bath which looks like a mini pool. However it now feels that the entire village is stuck 30 years back in time. Hot tubs and swimming pools are open all day and night, but the hot spring water is not filtered. They offer spa and massage services which are being done by the same girls that are doing the cleaning. Perhaps they are too busy with those tasks, as it looks like the cleaning have not been done for ages: entire bathroom is covered in rust and limescale. Dated furniture with cigarette holes, mattress feels worn for at least 15 years as you could easily fall rolling from one side of it. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

We had a nice time. I would stay here again.
