The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty. There are nasty looking stains on walls that are not cleaned and so many cracks and dirt along the cracks of the room and bathroom. There is no hand soap by the way, there is a "body wash" bottle that they offer as hand soap in the room, that does not clean and disinfect bacteria like hand soap. The location is decent, about 20 min. car ride from the train station. The local transit rail is an 8 min walk, so pretty close by as well.

Tuyệt vời The hotel was very clean and safe. The on site parking allowed us to park the vehicle and use the public transit which was very near the hotel. Check in and check out was very easy.

Parking on site free with easy access. Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. Tram stop 5 mins walk.

When I tried to contact the hotel for directions, it was very challenging. Since I couldn't understand the accent, I asked for an email. I was never sent the email. Several hours later, I called 5 times, and no one answered the phone. The positive was when I was at the hotel, the staff helped arrange a taxi in the morning. The neighborhood did not feel safe at night. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

This was a nice hotel. The staff were super friendly. It was a convenient location to the airport. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked decent. My only complaint was a woman next-door kept banging on the walls when we were talking. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be near the airport.

We raised several concerns during our stay, including a leaking bathroom, a mysterious bloodstain on the bed present since check-in (I have photos - staff refused to change the sheets despite multiple requests, and to be clear, the blood was not ours), and flooring that was lifting.
After just a few nights, we chose to leave and booked another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf, but the response? No refund for the unused nights.
Although I received an apology email from the hotel acknowledging the issues, they still refused to make things right. Sadly, it's not surprising considering they couldn't even be bothered to replace blood-stained sheets.
