I need to file a complaint I check in on Thursday afternoon I could not access the main door there was no proper steps just a narrow piece of board thats a disaster the was closed and I had to beg another guest to open the door since none of us knew the code to unlock it I left Friday morning about 7 am and got back around 330 pm all my personal things were threwn in the trash I had new shoes and clothes for family and friends I spent 5 days in Barbados so I had some dirty clothes which I left on the floor they threw everything away I am missing a pear a adidas which cost 119 pmus 2 pairs of jeans which 37 each plus 3 tops which I dont remember the exact cost please verify with staff that what I am saying is correct that my things were thrown away I need to reimbursed for my property

I’m sorry but the room was not ready yet and was still under construction. Light did not work in bathroom, no mirror and open ceiling.
