Can't say enough about this remodeled hotel. The staff were just amazing and friendly from the maid staff, restaurant workers, bellmen, and the reception desk team. Our room was very quiet even though it was right along the canal. The breakfast options were great from continental, to hot/cold buffet, to order ala carte. The location is easy and safe to get to the main wharf with 2 different walking options (1 included no stairs) that take 10-20 minutes depending on where you want to go. Parking was free and simple, but with the wharf so close we didn't have to drive, find parking, and pay for parking there. We even boarded the hop on/hop off canal boat tour right at the hotel. We loved the hotel so much that we extended our original 4 night stay an additional 5 nights. We would stay here again.

Modern, clean hotel with excellent restaurant/kitchen and generous breakfast buffet selection.

No functioning TV for the entire 10 day stay. Faulty network. Booked room with bath but none provided. No electric shaver plug. Was promised a rebate but on checkout none had been processed.

Good location within easy walking distance of the waterfront. Room and bathroom were very good although space for clothing was minimal. The main comment is that the restaurant food quality was big so good. There are definitely better places to eat around the waterfront

Average rooms. Not good value for the money for sure. At this price and amenities, breaksfast shoul've been includid in the room rate Close to V&A waterfront but not really inside as the name suggests. 15min walking which was fine as to execice a bit in the Mornings No refill of the shower soap. Poor. Nice cafe accross the canal and infront of the hotel Very well located
