Sunset Beach Resort For Entertainment

Đánh giá sao của Klook dựa trên thông tin tổng quan về khách sạn (như dịch vụ, các tiện ích đi kèm, v.v...) và chỉ mang tính tham khảo

The place is beautiful and has a great sea view. However, unfortunately, there is very little privacy in the cabins. Some guests created a lot of noise and disturbance until 3:00 AM, which negatively affected our stay. We also left our food on the table while taking a walk along the beach. When we returned, we found that other guests had eaten it, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. I believe the management of Sun Set Resort should enforce clearer rules and guidelines for guests and improve supervision to maintain order, privacy, and a comfortable environment for everyone. Despite the beautiful location, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
