Friendly staff, great location, penty of choice for breakfasr

Nice clean hotel in a great location, right on the seafront. Has a great rooftop pool with some nice food at the pool bar. Restaurant is ok, doesn't really have many options but really enjoyed the chef who can make pancakes, eggs, etc fresh. The main reason for 3 stars is the rooms, this hotel is very noisy and I barely slept. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything outside. The bin men come at 2am (I know this isn't the hotels fault) but it is SO loud. We had the city view which looks onto apartments, and you can hear their dogs barking or them pulling up in their motorbikes throughout the night. The doors need to be made better so you can't hear anything. Also, you are given one pillow, which isn't enough and there aren't any spares in the wardrobe. I would stay here again but it needs some improvement

This hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area near the castle. It's really the best part of town! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing, and the cars aren't too loud with the balcony door closed. The pool area has a great view with glass blocking the wind at the chairs (it doesn't block the wind from the pool though, which is very cold). The only thing we didn't like is that they allow smoking on the balconies. The smoke somehow came in the vents in our room, super thick and pungent, even though we had our balcony door closed. It was unbearable.

Top marks for all! Amenities, staff, cleaning, atmosphere, food, beds, lighting, sea views, pool, bar area and look of the hotel. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

Staff was not friendly. We did not feel welcomed. We had to ask for clean towels. There we no housekeeping services other than the trash was thrown. The location and view was great.

Beaucoup d'options au déjeuner, dont plusieurs options véganes. Personnel accueillant. Peu d'aménités dans les chambres pour le prix payés. Difficile de se stationner près de l'hôtel, excepté la zone réservée pour débarcadère. Odeur de fumée dans la chambre. La climatisation fonctionne bien.

While the view is magnificent if you get the beach view rooms, I would definitely not rate this as a 4 stars hotel. I have never seen a 4 stars hotel charge a fee to use the safe (5€ per day) in the room or charge for coffee pods (they only put 2 as a “gift” for the first night & 1€ per extra pod) This is a 3 stars hotel. The furniture or decor is mediocre but fine. The staff is quite kind and helpful. If you do take parking here, the parking is like 7 minutes walk and it is 25€ per day. Check pricing for cheaper full day public parkings before booking parking with them (50€ deposit for the monitor as well lol)

We had a walking football team trip, the staff were very friendly, good breakfast and comfortable rooms

The staff were very nice and friendly. The dinner buffet was delicious😋
