Lovely cottage, accurate listing description and pictures. Clean, comfortable and private. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town center for shopping, groceries and restaurants. Wonderful host. Highly recommend.

Rooms are all so spacious and clean including bathrooms.
Flat is so so spacious and beautiful.
Easy walk to franschoek and easy to get to stores.
Comms fantastic from Marlicia.
We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others!

Fabulous cottage in a very convenient and safe location. Our host was very helpful and kind by getting in touch ahead of our stay to let us know about roadworks and other helpful information. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated, super comfy bed, lovely kitchen and dining area and a huge bathroom. We loved it and would love to return one day.

We spent five nights in the petite apartment, which is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely gardens, swimming pool and a braai. The maintenance and cleaning is to a very high standard, WiFi worked well. It’s well located in a quiet / safe area, pleasant walk to an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be back!

A whole house with all the trimmings, amenities and warm South African welcome of the owner. The fridge contained complimentary butter, home made jam, bottle of wine and farm fresh milk. There were home made rusks and scrunchies. There was complimentary spices to use as well as olive oil etc etc. We were given two dishwashing pods and laundry detergent to use. I've never stayed in a place that is so well equipped. The owners friendliness further enhanced our stay.

Tuyệt vời A lovely property which felt like we were in a world of our own.. Marlicia was such a welcoming host and responded immediately to any of our needs. A short walk to town which was quaint and full of excellent restaurants and shops..We will definitely return👋👋

This 3 bedroom villa is specious and comfortable . The views, pool and garden are beautiful and provide the perfect place to relax. The location provides easy access to the area and a walkable distance to town. The owners are the best. Great communication, very responsive to questions and issues and very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Plaisir in Franschhoek. The location is very convenient, only about a 5 minute drive away to the main street. Marlicia gave clear instructions for the check in and we appreciated the gesture of the wine bottle and all the yummy snacks in the kitchen.
Definitely recommend this place.
