Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Bring your own shampoo and bar of soap. Kitchen towels are not provided. At the time I booked my reservations through Expedia “outdoor swimming pool” and “gym” was in the amenities/property pictures but guests are not allowed to used pool on weekends and cannot use the gym at all!! So be aware. Very sparse kitchen utensils. You have to check-in and pick up the elevator keys on a separate building across the street. Front desk staff at residential lobby usually not very helpful/friendly. But the property location is great and we had a great city view!!

I adjusted my check in date to May 25 all while communicating the change with the host, who confirmed the availability of the room that morning. After booking, and sending the confirmation, I did not hear back from the host not until 7:30PM at night. Check-in time was 3:00PM. Room great for the price but particular about check out time; not too conscious about check in time though. Be more courteous about your guests…We rented the room a certain time, we expect the room a certain time as my family did. My son has a very strict schedule with his medicine intake. It’s not at the host’s schedule or time of convenience, on when they will pick up their phone or answer the messages.

George is a super host! Clear communicator, always available to help, receptive and highly professional.

Room was cleaned but no body wash staff was very friendly and nice air conditioner was good shopping was next to the building but I would like to recognized Lammy her contact number is 09484119394,she's very nice, good customer service and she very helpful and professional

We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. After several attempts, we finally got through to Marianne, who told us we were supposed to reply to an email with copies of our IDs, which we had never received, even upon double-checking our email inboxes. She had sent one email some weeks prior that the front desk had received that listed only one member of our group followed by “+4 guests”, but the front desk stated it was insufficient and that we still could not enter the property unless our host provided all of our names. After messaging her all of our names, Marianne then forwarded it to the front desk, who finally permitted initiation of our check-in process, approximately 2 hours after arriving to the property. The unit itself was comfortable with strong AC and a second toilet. However, only 2 pairs of slippers were provided for 5 guests, and there were no hand towels or paper towels, just 5 bath towels in total, so we had to buy our own. While the space was decent, the check-in process was stressful and disorganized. We would not stay here again.

The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 2 issues I had, 1) the TV, which I didn't use and 2) the AC, it started to leak so I had to turn it off and use the unit in the bedroom. Other than that, I had a great stay.

I had explained to the property host that I was traveling with my elderly father and was assured that there was enough room for 4 people. There was only 1 bed and 1 small sofa - no extra blankets, sheets or pillows. After check in, I was told there was an extra charge for a futon. Also, we arrived late at night and there was no drinking water in the unit.

Overall a nice place but we did not like the lack of communication between the host and hotel management. It took about an hour to actually check in and 2 days to get a keycard for the elevator access.

We love how close this hotel to the main town. The of the restaurants and stores are walking distance from them. They serve good breakfast as well.

Central Uptown location. My condo had a separate bedroom which was nice.
