The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a fascinating history, and the design of the rooms and hallways beautifully blends historic charm with modern touches. It is a unique and elegant place to stay. Although the hotel is located in the historic city center, the surrounding area was quite dirty and did not feel like a place where one would want to walk late at night. Despite this drawback, I would strongly recommend this hotel. The outstanding service, beautiful design, and rich history made it a wonderful place to stay.

Very attentive staff, silly to mention, but rare - lots of hot water and water pressure! Breakfast was excellent, with an amazing choice of eggs.

The included Breakfast is a perfect start to a busy Palermo site seeing day. I highly recommend adding an order of the pouched egg....out of this world delicious. Also, a short 5-minute walk to the train station to reach outer city excursions like Cefalu.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and a very nice breakfast and aperitivo/small bites selection. I highly recommend.
