Tuyệt vời This was our first time staying in an aparthotel and It was amazing. The room was super clean, stocked with necessities, and the staff was great. Everyone was helpful, checking in and out was easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay here, plus the staff was very helpful with any questions I had! The only small letdown was that the pool wasn't heated during my stay. It is also more of a lounging pool (3 feet deep) rather than a swimming pool. The unit itself was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and although I did not make use of it, the kitchen and dryer were nice to have!

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very, very helpful very polite. The air conditioning was wonderful in the heat and it was wonderful to have a full kitchen.

The check-in process is a little confusing. The entrance is a little secluded but we followed signs and got there. You have to page the front desk from the call box and then take the elevator up to the third floor.
Pretty sure the desk is 24 hours so it was super easy to leave our key at 5am. This place was sooooo quiet. So clean. We had a washer and dryer in the unit so it was so convenient. The metro valley rail is so close it made having no car super easy. CVS was four blocks away for everything we needed.
Would absolutely stay again!!!

The property is amazing , from the location to the design . But what stands out the most… the staff! Definitely a place you have to check out in Phoenix !!

The parking was horrible I paid for a 3 day pass and still had to pay on second and third day for parking called the house and they said I had to call parking garage which they are only open M-F so I couldn’t talk to anyone so had no choice but to double pay or my car would be stuck in garage and now I’m disputing parking fees. If the hotel had stated the parking arrangement in description of hotel I wouldn’t have got it and check in was very confusing I had to ask a guest were to check in at other then that room was nice and very clean.
