La estancia fue muy placentera y sobre todo el personal siempre fue muy amable.
Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y sigue siendo nuestro hotel preferido 😊
Lo único que no se nos comentó fue que los camastros pasando la alberca eran parte del restaurante y este es independiente del hotel. Así que no puedes consumir bebidas de otros negocios como de la cafetería del hotel en los camastros. O al menos eso nos comentaron los empleados del restaurante.

Tuyệt vời Our second stay at Nilu by Selina in Isla Mujeres was just as amazing as the first. If you’re looking for an off the cut boutique style “Mexico vibe” hotel, this is the place to stay. It’s near enough and far enough away from the best restaurants and bars on the island. There is a large pool and bar out back with great drinks and super chill staff. You can feel the breeze and take it easy at the pool bar immediately after a long travel day. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and the room care service was perfect every day. We had confusion with our room initially when checking in but the front desk staff was so kind and helpful they fixed the issue the very next morning with no worries. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Unfortunately, the room itself left much to be desired. The water pressure was exceptionally low, and there was no hot water available in the shower during my visit. Additionally, the beach directly in front of the resort is unfortunately unusable. Due to broken glass bottles and debris left on the sand, it is unsafe to walk on, and swimming is not possible. The presence of an abandoned building adjacent to the beach also detracts from the overall atmosphere.
While the service was excellent, the lack of basic room amenities and the condition of the immediate beach area were disappointing.

The location is exceptional for the price! It doesn’t get better than this. You can simply walk to north beach and have the best location in the island. There’s an amazing breakfast restaurant right across from this hotel that we enjoyed everyday. Beautiful surroundings.

Loved our stay they kindly upgraded me and we had a lovely big room ! Beach is beautiful did a fab yoga class and the classes are fun. Great location.
Only thing I didn’t like is not being able to use sunbeds on beach area next to pool unless you spend money on drinks ! Should be free!!

Their pool, bar and restaurant were all closed and not expected to open in the near future. You had to climb very steep stairs to get to the room which was very dark and much smaller than indicated on the website. The view was just a tiny sliver of the ocean. You are not allowed to swim on their beach so you have to walk some distance through town to get to a beach where you can swim. We decided to stay at another hotel and the staff helped with the refund but even this took multiple attempts.

My stay at Nilu Isla Mujeres was very positive overall. Even though I booked last minute, the price was still accessible and felt like good value for what was offered. The highlight of the property for me was definitely the coworking space—it was spacious, comfortable, and well organized, making it easy to get work done.
The place was also very clean, and I really enjoyed the view of the beach and pool, which made the environment feel relaxing and inspiring. As a solo female traveler, I also felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made a big difference.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant since I only stayed for one night and two days.
That said, I would absolutely consider coming back. Next time, I’d likely book a private room instead of a shared dorm to have a bit more comfort and privacy.
