Property is outdated and needs some repair and cleaning if you are handicap i don't regement it because of trip hastert and becarful with children I did not see pool safety. How all we like it host was friendly.

The host Rebecca and family were very nice and welcoming. When we did get a hold of her she was helpful. It was difficult to communicate with different phone #’s. Thankfully they lived on property. We were able to get into the gate after I rang the doorbell on the main house and Rebecca got the side gate open and brought us into the house. The next morning we noticed there was no electric coffee pot which we expected. Later in the day I ran into host and told her, she brought over her personal coffee pot. There was a loud humming noise in the unit the entire time. She said it was the pool pump and would go off at 6pm. Never did. The unit was cute and very spacious. Really needs a complete overhaul. Clean but overall very worn. Lots of mold, tile floors need deep cleaning. The beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable and clean. Large pool was very nice and clean. Leaving was a 1/2 hr issue. I was unable to speak with any one. Even went to back door and rang bell. No answer. We couldn’t leave the property like instructed since the side gate would close before I could return the keys inside on table. After numerous tries to do as instructed I finally gave up since we had plans and were now running late. I placed the keys and fob on the box to open the front gate and took a picture and sent in email to property. This was 10am when we were finally able to leave. This was a perfect for us in all ways.

Broken toilet seat, mixup with the Wi-Fi password otherwise everything was fine

This is a lovely private estate guest house. Owners live in a separate house on the estate. Lovely hacienda style home with tile and paneling. Reminds me of old Mexico. Full kitchen with remarkably responsive electric burners. Large clean pool, larger than many hotel polls. Plenty of books and videos to peruse. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Rebecca, the host, is lovely. I had plenty of Privacy and felt very comfortable walking in the neighborhood. Location is private and quiet, yet close to Dade Mall, etc. I didn't have a car and managed fine. And a car would help

No WiFi or Tv for 4 of the 5 days. Minimum (once or 2 times a day ) communication. The unit is dirty with there being an alarming amount of mold in the shower and bathroom . See photos … I had testing done in case they avoided Travelocity and myself.. Unprofessional and rude

The bugs were insane it so many !

It set up very nice

Cute place, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Woke up with the bed covered in termite poop coming from a vent above the bed. Emailed the owners, got no response. 2nd day there I discovered the kitchen counter and sink covered in bugs and emailed them again, I received a text from who I believe is the property manager (Liza Imbert) stating that they’d like to move me to one of their other units which I agreed to because I could not see myself sleeping in a bed covered in feces for the rest of my stay. The unit was actually a hotel (said to be 4 star hotel, it wasn’t) I was told I would be in one room for 2 days then have to move to another or back to La Finca after it was done being fumigated. I explained to Liza that the main reasons I chose to stay at the La Finca property was privacy and access to a full kitchen to cook my own meals; Im on a strict diet and did not budget buying each meal from a restaurant. Liza tells me that unfortunately La Finca studio will not be available to go back to and she will try to find other accommodations for me, that fell flat with no option other than to stay in a 3rd unit at the hotel which was disappointing which I expressed to her and brought up finding my own accommodation, she said if I chose to do that I would be refunded for the rest of the days which I aggravatingly agreed to. The refund was never sent so I texted her later saying I will go through Expedia. Expedia ended up refunding much less than agreed. All in all stressful bad experience which but a damper on my vacation
