No good at all. Super dirty and lot of sounds.

Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be relocated to another property within the same category, close to the train station, due to a water leak. The suggested alternative had poor reviews on Google and was situated in a less convenient, inferior location. What made this situation particularly unacceptable was the complete lack of prior notice — we only found out upon check-in. To make matters worse, other guests ahead of us in the queue were being checked in without any issue, meaning we were being singled out for relocation with no clear justification. After firmly pushing back by pointing out that we had received no advance warning, that other guests were being accommodated normally, and that the alternative property was both further away and lower in quality, we were eventually assigned a disability-adapted room. No apology was offered, and no compensation of any kind was provided. The adapted room was noticeably different from, and inferior to, the room we had originally booked. To top it all off, after this entire ordeal, staff had the audacity to ask whether we would like to pay extra for breakfast. If you are considering booking this hotel, be aware of what happened to us.

Worst hotel no service never again

Nice hotel mid way located between Milan Central station and the fashion district. Breakfast was a good value w lovely long access hours 7-11. Only rec would be to have an outlet by the kettle in the room so that it can actually be used.

Very well air conditioned. Good location and very spacious

Room was very small with black and grey decor which for me felt very claustrophobic. Corridors to rooms were black with dark grey floor. Not my cup of tea. AC was efficient keeping the room cool. Breakfast was mediocre. Bed was comfortable.

All family rooms are on same floor and ours was next to a road and could not sleep due to late night restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Hotel should either invest in sound proofing or use this room for some other purpose and not rent it

El hotel es hermoso , muy limpio , son muy amables y la ubicación está perfecta , volvería a hospedarme sin pensarlo dos veces ✨

nice hotel and good location, if you like quiet this hotel is not for you. it was hot I opened windows and it was noisy outside with all bars and restaurant. I didn't mind it. my only issue was I had to pay Eur3 for a small bottle of water as the shops were closed at midnight which was annoying. apart from that it was ok.
