So glad I cancelled my original hotel and rebooked at Keefer, after prices finally dropped following the ridiculous world cup inflation.
The apartment had washer/dryer, which I didn't even know about (maybe I missed reading it in the description), and AC was on cold. Bed was comfy. Bathrobes were provided (but no slippers).
It's a new building with good insulation. I barely heard a neighboring couple having sex, almost thought the female's intermittent sounds were some other strange sound.
My unit faced the back alley and there was noise from garbage trucks and other trucks beeping.
Location is great--close to Chinatown skytrain station and T&T supermarket, right next to Keefer Bar and other great restaurants in Chinatown. Also recommend the Chinese-Canadian museum.

The room was clean and well stocked. Would have preferred the thermostat to be manual other than automatic so we could change the temperature setting without having to call someone to do it. Although the parking is not their responsibility, it would have saved a lot of time if we knew how to pay for parking ahead of time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Great property. Just don’t plan on walking out the door to the left. Lots of homeless/drug users. Although there is security outside the door especially at night and with coded access we felt safe.

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, everything is working and very clean.
The neighborhood is not the best, but the place is very close to the stadium

Liked the very clean room and excellent amenities. Room size was like a small apartment,
Issues were the technical aspects which for older occupants were a bit challenging, and took time to learn to use.
Definitely would rent again!

Stayed here after our condo was flooded. We were in 4 different suites over our time. Very impressed by this little hotel and the staff!
All the rooms were consistently well appointed, clean and quiet. Also some nice thoughtful design touche. The beds were super comfortable, good air conditioning in the units and all our communications were excellent. The gym is large and well equipped. Also a great location - many great restaurants close by and unique shops to explore, especially on Georgia and Union St.
