À notre arrivée, nous étions emballés! L'enregistrent a très bien été. La chambre est spacieuse, moderne et propre. Nous étions avec un couple d'amis. Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et visiter les Hard Rock car nous faisons une collection des verres souvenirs Hurricane. Le Hard Rock café du Casino est décevant...le Hurricain est essentiellement du jus... très peu d'alcool. Quand vient le temps de recevoir nos verres souvenirs, nous avons l'habitude de prendre un verre classic et une pinte de bière (à l'achat ces verres sont le même prix). Nous avons fait cela dans tous les sites visités (USA et Europe). Â Ottawa (2 heures de chez nous...), ils n'ont jamais voulu!!! La caissiere de la boutique nous à même chicanés hahaha. Nous avons parlé au gérant qui nous a fait attendre plus d'une heure (à ce moment nous avions espoir d'arriver à une solution) et qui a appellé je ne sais qui... rien à faire! Aucun souci de la clientèle!!! Ils n'ont pas compris le dicton "un client satisfait est un client qui revient".... Tout est axé sur la clientèle du casino $$$$ le Service au restaurant n'est pas une priorité. Le personnel n'est pas à l'écoute et le service est loooong.

We spent 5 nights at the Hard Rock Ottawa. The hotel its self was awesome. The housekeeping never gave us shampoo, conditioner or body wash for 3 days. I went to speak to them the 2nd day and ask them personal can they give us some and they said yes, but never did. Had to go to the front desk at 12:20am and ask them for some. House keeping needs do a bit better for sure, Not sure what was happening but anyway. Also the Council Oak Sunday Brunch is a huge NO NO for anyone looking to do this. $69 each no problem. BUT the layout of this thing is horrible. Time you start getting your food to the end of it which is not long but you had to wait 20 plus minutes to get food. Whatever was on your plate was cold time you got the rest of it. Whoever is in charge of Sunday Brunch needs to do a deep dive on the layout and how to do it better. Why do you need to wait 10-15 minutes for a slice of toast?? Annoying, I heard people all over saying the same thing. This needs to be done better. Hard to say how the food was cause it was all cold, crazy!! This will be a hard pass for us next time. Eat elsewhere for breakfast. Had ribs at Hard Rock Cafe it was awesome!!! Free bottle water was a plus!

Beautiful place rooms,staff, Great casino with the bars and resturants

Cleanliness is the most important thing to us in a hotel, and we loved our experience because everything was so clean.

Clean room, loved the casino. The restaurant’s were great. Front desk staff could have been more friendly. Loved going from our rooms to the casino!

Le service excellent le casino très bien mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut payer les breuvages quand les gens jouent au casino, les drinks sont très cher et le restaurant fermé nous aurions beaucoup aimé manger au gros restaurant mais il a fallut sortir pour manger ce qui nous a déçu. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait.

Pricing is not the same when you get there and when you first book? I received two different invoices one when I booked online for one price and one when I checked out for over $200 more. Definitely not worth $500 a night to book. A complete rip off. And you should let your customers know. and now trying to clarify it with anyone via messenger or phone the reasoning is unacceptable. Nobody pays $500 a night for an Ottawa hotel.

5/5 Stars – An Unforgettable Stay! We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish, vibrant, and full of great energy. Every moment of our stay was a true pleasure! Our room had a breathtaking view overlooking the expansive golf course. The breakfast quality was outstanding, and I have to give a special shoutout to the delicious affogato at The Market Place — it was absolutely wonderful! Another highlight of our stay was trying the Bicycle Craft Brewery beer. It was a fantastic local craft experience and a memorable part of our visit. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something unique! Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

good place. quiet clean. all dress

Everything was fine with my room with the only exception was the shower. I was on the sixth floor and the water pressure didn't seem to be the greatest. It could have been a fluke or everyone was a having a shower at the same time.
