Nice room well equipped. Comfortable. Location gteet

Well-presented internally in shared spaces. Lovely room, clean, well laid out, with amenities; quiet; great air con & excellent shower. Darren at Reception was friendly for check in/ out. Great find in convenient area of Glasgow.

Clean room with great amenities. The staff were lovely and informative. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Air con was nice to have also

The room appeared clean, although some items had been left behind by previous guests, indicating that the housekeeping was not up to standard, especially as they were in a very obvious place. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was unbelievably warm. The bathroom also had underfloor heating that couldn’t be switched off during a heatwave, which made for a very unpleasant night’s sleep. We were moved to a new room the following day, and I can’t fault the reception staff, all of whom were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman who checked us in on the first day. I don’t mind paying extra due to dynamic pricing, but I do expect a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Pour ma part j'étais dans un studio simple avec mini cuisinette et c'était vraiment pratique pour moi. Je le recommande fortement et sincèrement. Andrée en provenance du Québec.

This was my first stop on a 10 day trip, and unfortunately my luggage was lost on the way. The receptionist was very helpful with giving me some ideas of what food places were open and where to get certain clothing/hygiene products. As soon as my luggage got there (2 days later) they notified me right away. All of the amenities were very clean and well kept overall!

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities nearby. I had an early flight so was up around 4am, but the shower had no hot water. I mentioned this to the staff on the way out, apparently hot water can be "reset" upon request. I have not encountered this situation at any other hotel, ever. Even one star hotels have hot water 24x7!

Stayed here several nights in advance of a trip to the isles. The property and room were clean, modern and well maintained. Having a small fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils was a lifesaver to save time and money. It was also an easy walk from the airport bus. My only caveat would be the need to be aware of your surroundings as I did have one unpleasant interaction with someone in the street. But that’s just par for the course in a city.
