Ramada are taking over which is good as nobody, not even Tuk Tuk drivers knew where the Hotel was as name was wrong on Hotels.com My wife accidentally left our $100 room deposit receipt in the safe thinking it was a laundry order so when we went to check out they wouldn’t let me go back to the room even though I had just handed them the card, then when they got room service to check they said nothing in the safe or room, I put it in there myself , when I said “I want to go back to the room with the Manager” suddenly he appeared and said it’s OK we will just get you to sign for ‘it, with your passport, lovely hotel and staff but make sure you keep the receipt handy, there are a few restaurants on the beach and thankfully I approached from the road, the amount of flies and rubbish strewn around with kids playing amongst it definitely stopped me from eating at one of these, the hotel is immaculate but soulless $3.50 for a small can of $1 beer, we were the only ones who used the pool and beach, lovely pool but see was too rough to swim in, I feel sorry for the staff as no customers, only saw 6 other guests but this may have been due to the war with Thailand

Staff not speaking English at all, only Chinese, food not tasty, poor breakfast options, old mouldy wood sun beds with no mattress on it, no coffee, sugar amenities at all in the room, bathroom amenities was not replaced at all during our stay, last day of our stay we not even able to get a coffee from the bar, because barmen was off and nobody able to do it, beach not organised, no beach umbrellas and no stairs from hotel garden to the beach

Great location right in front of the ocean. Amazing rooms!!! Súper confortable bed!!! The only issue was that Expedia mentioned that there was an airport shuttle and that’s why I stayed here. However, the hotel does not offer that service.

Worse Resort I Have Stayed In!!! Terrible Services, Listed They Know English! NO THEY DO NOT! Charged me $10USD for a small drop of blood on the bed sheets from a motorcycle accident. It was smaller than ant! Definitely do not recommend. High class my balls.
