This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room itself was dirty from the moment we walked in, and we ended up dealing with an ant infestation the entire stay. On top of that, we found a roach in the room, which was the last straw.
To make things worse, I have a food allergy to seeds, and the kitchen still served me food containing them. When I raised the issue, the hotel refused to refund me, so I had to go through my bank and file a dispute just to get my money back.
Location-wise, the hotel is about an hour away from all the excursions and activities in the area, so be prepared for a lot of extra travel time if you book here.
On top of everything, the staff was dishonest throughout our stay — we were told several things that turned out not to be true.
Between the cleanliness issues, the pest problems, the allergy incident, and the lack of accountability from staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
