外出時は電話連絡をして鍵を開け閉めしてもらう。面倒だと思ったが、特に支障なかった。

Good location. Great price for the kind of room you get. Only complaint is that you dont have a room key and you have to call the front desk every time you want to leave the room. Very weird system that I've seen in some love hotels but this one is extra weird. Never been fully locked into the room before. My rooms wifi also just randomly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. But thats probably not the hotels fault. Other than that, great bathroom with lots of space. Room has lots of space with lots of functions on the TV. Good midpoint between Kobe and Osaka with a station 3 minutes away. Staff was wonderful, cheerful, and helpful, even with my poor japanese. Check in and check out was very convenient.

I loved the room. It had great amenities and a giant TV. The room service was extremely reasonable and tasty.

There is a reason the do not offer refunds. This is a great hotel if you’re a fan of being in prison! There is no key or key card. They have to buzz you OUT of your room 😬. You have to call the front desk to ask them to let you out. They also wait until you pay to inform you that the hotel is partially “adult only”. I ended up not staying a single night of the 4 I paid for. I couldn’t stomach the idea of hoping someone picks up the phone to let me out if I had an emergency. Could you imagine a fire?

The best hotel room for value I have ever been to.

Very nice rooms, was a bit inconvenient to have to call the front every time I wanted to leave and when I returned, but overall, was a great place to stay.

It was the bathtub, jetted, relaxing after a hard days sight seeing. Close to Koshien Stadium, conveniently located.

Very clean and modern rooms. Nice front desk service.
