Hotel was nice but we paid a premium for facilities like the pool that we thought we could use for the kids. We only found out on 8 hrs before we arrived that the pool hours for kids were restricted between 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, which when we were planning to arrive around 7:30-8:00 and leave at 9:30 am, made it useless to us. These hours should be publicly posted on the website, not just communicated via email again. We also thought breakfast was included in our rate given “full breakfast available” was listed as a hotel amenity and when we were checking in, the staff person said “you can just go to breakfast, don’t need to bring anything”, implying that it would be covered. When we arrived at breakfast the next morning, the staff member was highlighting room numbers only to say that ours did not include breakfast and we were charged an extortionate amount for a buffet breakfast. Felt very much like a bait and switch strategy and when you’re paying a premium rate for a hotel, you’d expect much more.

A very modern hotel with good amenities.

Everything was nice and smooth. However the air con wasn't brilliant. But it was exceptionally hot. Food was really good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

No breakfast included when booked with Hotels.com but you can pay for it at the hotel for €18per head , good hotel , clean big rooms , it’s really handy to Ashbourne

Very happy with the hotel, staff very friendly. Just one complaint is that netflix isn't available. Would be handy to have when visiting with children and as it's a popular hotel for children I think it would help parents out
