This girl was super clean and chic. The lobby is very nice with murals on the walls and a nice coffee bar in the lobby as well as a regular bar on the rooftop area by the pool. The area was safe and the rooms were excellent. Super clean and comfortable. The added robes and slipper was a plus.

Room was excellent, very clean & comfy. Enjoyed the shower and rooftop pool. The only thing we didn’t get to enjoy was the jacuzzi it was not hot. We asked to make it warmer but they said they couldn’t.

Super clean rooms, attentive friendly staff, nice bar on the 1sr floor & rooftop. Food was great, we had breakfast & dinner…delish!

The staff was amazing and very attentive from the time we checked in until we checked out. The room was very nice and Clean. The property was is really nice and I loved the view from the rooftop Pool and Bar. Food was delicious also. I would highly recommend the Kadun Hotel. Fernando, Sergio, Jaime, Adriana, German and Humberto took excellent care of us and made my Bestie's Birthday truly Special! Thanks to All the staff. Will definitely come back and Stay again.💯😊❤️

Brand new hotel so everything is new & clean. Beautiful modern design. Staff were very helpful especially Jaime, German, Humberto and Adriana. Rooftop pool was amazing but water was a bit too warm. We did try to eat at the rooftop restaurant on Wednesday night and it was closed. Too bad the surrounding empty lot did nor offer a nice view plus no balcony. Overall very good hotel!

New place and well located, BUT, A BIG BUT.... Most of the staff are clumsy, inefficient and never available to help provide a pleasant stay to the guests. During check-in, the reception lady told us we were entitled to a late check-out as an Expedia VIP privilege; before checkout I called the reception to let them know the time of our departure, the reception lady (named Montserrat) denied us the benefit without a reason -since the hotel was empty and the season very low- Then I asked her to put me through to the management to ask there for my VIP benefit, but she didn't saying there's no manager on duty on weekends (which of course must be a lie). Traveling very often to Expedia VIP hotels around the world, this was a bad surprise because the benefits of the program are honored almost everywhere BUT NOT HERE. Furthermore, we had many issues during our 9-day stay because of the incompetence of the staff, like: they knocked on our door early almost every morning waking us up pretending to make the room (8:00 AM); we asked the staff to make it after 10:00 AM, instead one day they didn't make it at all. At the swimming pool the same thing, the staff is almost never around, should the guests want anything (towels, drinks, opening an umbrella, etc.) No one there. At the bars, there's no wine opener in the premises, so if you like wine go someplace else. As in everything, there are exceptions: like Jaime, a bell man who was always kind and helpful. In short: STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
