The manager took care of us & our problems, the woman on the night desk DID NOT which caused a problem for us that we couldn't get taken care of until the next morning with the manager.

This was the perfect hotel as it was close to a train station literally 3 min walk from the hotel and the train would get you to the centre of Edinburgh. The room was amazing, so was the staff and tge food was delicious!

The transportation (train and bus) into the city centre was close by and affordable. The beds were very comfortable and the attached restaurant had good food and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Room was great. Toilet was super clean. Except the people in the reception are super rude.
