Room was clean and tidy, however tiny and crammed especially for a 9 day stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning is a must especially in a small shared space. Highly recommend especially for a first time visitor to London. Perfect location.

Room was clean, stayed fairly cool even in the London heat. Enjoyable hotel overall. Only reason it lost a star was because I had to wait almost an hour after check in time to get a room (as did a few others). They gave me a hot beverage in their cafe which was nice and they were pleasant. Otherwise, would recommend.

The room was very clean, and had up to date controls for window shutters, lights. Etc The bed was comfy and pillows. Its the first hotel ive stayed thst had ost milk available in the room. Really cute cakes on arrival with a welcome card. The location was excellent. Right next to the national portrait gallery. Ive fractured my back and found the lift and room, plus location great.

The hotel is in an ideal location for anyone who is watching a London show near Trafalgar Square and the room the room was plenty of room for one but a squeeze for two people but as your only there to sleep, the cost of the room is very reasonable

Clean room. Staff very helpful and polite. Room lacking plug sockets and somewhere to dry your hair and put makeup on. Big wasted space just as you go through the door. Bed in an awkward position VERY noisy outside at night, due to no double glazed windows. Cars racing up and down, horns beeping, shouting/singing and early morning bin lorries.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were well kept and well stocked. I only wish they had other basic toiletries like facial tissue. The location was excellent. Centrally located, close to 3 underground stations. I did however notice that with the hotel entrance being quite small, I'd have to step around rubbish sacks and the occasional sleeping unhoused(? Or intoxicated) person. Having these 2 "obstructions" was annoying as a hotel guest.
