As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer. We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa , but I did view the area which was top notch. I wish we had more time at the Burman. We will definitely revisit.

Everything about this property was top notch! The bed and pillows were heavenly. The robes and the towels were white and fluffy. The staff were welcoming, prompt and efficient. The breakfast was a la carte and prepared with care. The juice was freshly squeezed, the coffees were excellent. Can't find fault with anything! Really enjoyed our stay!

Best hotel stay ever! Interior design was stunning. Service impeccable. Breakfast thoughtful, fresh and delicious. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and Tallinn.

Outstanding Hotel – A Benchmark for Excellence My stay at the Burman Hotel was exceptional in every respect. From the moment of arrival, it was clear that this hotel operates at the very highest standard. The service is truly exemplary. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Every interaction was handled with care, efficiency, and warmth, setting a level of service that many hotels could learn from. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and detail. Everything functions seamlessly, creating an environment where you can fully relax and feel well looked after. The experience was so positive that I have already booked my next stay in Tallinn with the Burman Hotel. That alone says enough.
