Muhteşem manzaraya karşı lezzetli yemekler yedik. Personel gayet ilgili, odaları temiz ve bakımlıdı. Tekrar gitmeyi planladığım ve dostlarıma tavsiye ettiğim harika bir hotel.

The staff need to smile more and not look so miserable. Restaurant food was terrible but expected from a hotel. Overall experience could've been a lot better.

The property is very nice. The rooms and the hotel overall were clean. The spa center is amazing. The restaurant is really nice too. Would go back and recommend to others. The hotel is spacious. Breakfast was just OK.

Massive pool/health complex with multiple pools and saunas/steam rooms to choose from. Big selection at breakfast. Exceptional view from the bedroom.

The location is not close to Tsarevec which is the main attraction in this city. The front desk person took advantage of the fact that I was tired and didn’t want to look for a different hotel so he raised the price of the room to over $200 for a $100 room. The room was a normal regular room, kind of small. It was located right above the kids area so I was exposed to the noise from the kids until I don’t know what time at evening approximately 10pm. They put me in this terrible room while the rest of the hotel was pretty much empty. I know this because I didn’t see many rooms with their lights on and the breakfast buffet room was almost empty. If there were a lot of people in the hotel the breakfast room would have been full. But again, taking advantage of people needs to be highly noted and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just because of that. And then putting me into the worst possible room after I paid top price was the cherry on top of the cake. Worst experience ever. Don’t stay there.

It was an amazing hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful plenty of entertainment and restaurant and bar services air conditioning very good and was a gorgeous breakfast and olenty to admire
