This was an amazing hotel. The pictures were pretty accurate. The room was great! Even better than we thought based on the photos. The best part is that it's so close to the main tourist attractions. We barely had to use transportation, we just walked almost everyday. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Free laundry. The projector was cool but you need some tech no l knowledge to really work it. You would be a fool not to book this place. We are definitely staying here again!

Faltou a limpeza em um dos quartos, acabou inclusive o papel higiênico. Precisa deixar claro que o hotel fica em uma zona “estranha”, em um prédio com aspecto ruim e duvidoso. O hotel em si é confortável, espaçoso. Mas, limitado.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse. Sin pretensiones y con una excelente regadera.

Prefer shower door to contain water in the shower stall. The hotel didn’t have shower door separately from toilet. When shower all the water out to the toilet side. If there is the sliding glass door for shower stall and other people can use toilet. Hotel located at 11 th floor and 10 th floor but reception at only 11 th floor. Downstairs are wholesale department and elevator used by mostly delivery wholesale and hotel people. When hotel people trying to use it is very difficult to use it because most of them are busy using from wholesale people. There is only one elevator. And also there is 20 steps stairs to get in to the elevator. It’s so inconvenient if people have big and a lot of luggage. I have to wait someone to help me carry to those steps in order to use elevator.

The was clean the service was very pleasant and the location is perfect connecting to major subway lines. Its kinda hard to find at first but once you get it it so nice

Spotless room, lovely staff. Wasn’t keen on the low bed but can’t have it all.

Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11. The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday. Room looks nice and updated with good air conditioning and some creature comforts such as switched for the auto curtains and different lighting moods. One gripe was the shower, the water pressure was good, but the temperature fluctuates depending on whoever on the floor was using is. As such, it fluctuate from very cold to steaming hot in seconds. Hotel is located on the end of line 1 of the train, and there are many eating options around the area from hotpot to street food to local eateries. There is also a lawson and a convenient shop across the street. Hotel is also walking distance to Shipati if you walk accross the bridge. Takes about 20 mins on a leisure stroll. I will consider staying here again. If the shower issue is resolved, I will definately come back.
