I booked a non-smoking room, but I was initially given a room that smelled horribly of cigarettes and looked completely different from the photos on Expedia. After I complained, the receptionist moved me to another room. It was also a smoking room, just with a slightly less intense smell, but still unbearable. Since I was exhausted after a 4-hour flight delay, I tried to tough it out and get some sleep, but it was impossible. The air was unbreathable. At 3:30 AM, unable to sleep due to the stench, I complained again. The receptionist claimed the room I was in was non-smoking and that they couldn't control if guests smoked in it or not. However, she conveniently forgot that there was an ASHTRAY in the room, not to mention the carpet was covered in cigarette burns and damage. After this second complaint, she finally gave me the right room. It was completely different from the previous ones: a clean, brand-new environment, with no ashtray, matching exactly what was shown during booking. It seems the hotel has two distinct sections: one with new, renovated rooms, and another with old, dirty, and apparently smoking-allowed rooms. Despite the two attempts to give me a lesser room, the new room was comfortable. Additionally, the free airport shuttle service worked well. The receptionist (I believe it was her) communicated efficiently via WeChat and WhatsApp to coordinate my pickup and drop-off times.

Clean room is better. Staff only on in the staff very good to help you but some of them ouff... i need emergency i call they dont pick up its not my problem but he never call back however i need big emergency i was not happy. the person behind the phone did not care when i tell her why she did not pick up or call back for this i im not give not to the staff.however one of them is helpfull.Breakfast is ok.

Loves the convenience

Avoid this place. Small rooms and staff is not helpful. No elevator for luggage. Will not go here again.

Breakfast has no other options only Chinese food not even bread and butter for breakfast and no tea or coffee all is focused on Chinese food. On arrival during check-in my room floor was dirty toilet has hair as if someone already had a shower there. I told them to clean my room so I can use the toilet and the room floor they said yes but never done so until the next morning. Staff can't speak English not even hello.

In the room, there was a dead cockroach, and it smelled like cigarettes. Staff was very kind, but I don’t know about the breakfast because I left there pretty early. Airport shuttle was available for 24hours, once in an hour.

The room was clean there staff was vgood and the shuttle did arrived on time with luxurious shuttle

Was a long way from Metro, was in the middle of nowhere. Long walk to get any food, etc . I have been to Asia a number of times and the breakfast was ‘different’

Lovely small hotel near the airport. Free pick up and drop off to the airport operates very efficiently. Excellent communications from start to finish and the reception staff goes out of their way to help and support. Also I got the room at 5 am on arrival at the property - never had that privilege anywhere in the world. Only to be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to your room with your luggage ( you can leave heavy luggage for storage in ground floor if you don’t need it). Lovely clean room.
