Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were superb throughout our stay, genuinely friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing resort, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also ideal, with lovely local restaurants and bars within easy reach. If you’re looking for something livelier, the nearest busy town is only around 4 miles away, and the hotel is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you. A wonderful stay all round and somewhere we would happily return to.

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the lovely pools and bar area. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from Rethymnon, which is manageable and pleasant. Despite the weather, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

the place was great , the staff of the hotel an also of the spa was very professionals.... the only bad thing that I have to say is that the rooms are very small....

Very nice and luxurious experience. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful and the design of the outdoor space is very pretty. Our room was a bit smaller than what we expected based on the photos. But generally we had a very nice vacation.

From Nalu Resort and Spa, we booked a room described as "double side sea view with sharing pool", The room was: - Double side, one side has the entrance door, other side a small balcony over the pool - No sea view at all (check the attached mage) when I discussed the situation with the reception, the guy guarenteed me that this is the room. It has - double side - very limited sea view (not at all, just looks to a dryed river bad) - and an entrance to shared pool. Pool of the hotel is not for swimming, just for posting instagram photos. The hoteş has small land and a lot of rooms, so the area is small. Faces to private houeses, gardens, and a river bed. Food was average. We ne ver felt comfortable, ,t is a rip off for the price.

A brilliant hotel. We felt so at peace here. We were here for a wedding nearby, and this was a piece of paradise. Set on the gorgeous beach, I could watch the waves from the pool all day. The buffet restaurant was really good too. Staff were really helpful and it was really clean. Lots of places to relax, no fight for sunbeds either. Will definitely be returning

The hotel is very new. I loved the bed! The sea view room we had was amazing to wake up to. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I think there are a few areas of improvement- but NOTHING bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was a bit annoying and we didn’t like the fact there is very little space to hang your clothes. Other than that it was fabulous. We were half board and the food was lovely. Thanks to the staff who helped me when I had an issue.
