Great place. Coco was awesome. Bartenders were super nice and hilarious. Hotel itself was other worldly. 11/10

The coffee and tea bar are as bare bones economical as the bathtubs are over-the-top. The area of town where the hotel is located is undergoing gentrification, so expect to go further afoot to get places to eat, especially breakfast. Location is very convenient to downtown and the 16th St Mall.

The room was very cute but the a/c made clicking noises all night. The hotelmis not in a great area either.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property. Meticulously restored 1890's mansion. Its absolutely stunning and beautifully, perfectly decorated. I absolutely loved being in the common areas. Reminds me of the Zetter in London... in a good way. Its an admittedly young property and they are still working out the kinks. For example: Beautifully decorated room with stunning copper claw foot tub at the foot of the bed... but nowhere to hang or store your clothing. Whatever... I'm sure they'll figure that stuff out. One friendly note to travellers- it's NOISY around here. Street noise and early morning construction. bring earplugs. Restaurant Bar next door really cool and worth checking out. 5 min walk to 'Park & Co' for the best french dip sandwich you've ever had. Enjoy.

The place was fantastic & Kate was great. The high priced bubble bath was ridiculous & there was no coffee pods or water for the AM on 2 mornings.

Amazing! This property is so unique. From the moment you enter, it’s like taking a step back in time in this beautiful historic home. The room was clean and comfortable. The soaking tub was a nice touch after hiking over the weekend. The coffee bar was appreciated also.

Clean, eclectic, everything I expected. Free parking onsite in downtown is a huge plus. Easy access to downtown attractions.

We will stay here every time we are in Denver moving forward and would recommend it 100%. All the amazing history without a sacrifice for comfort and privacy. The hotel is fully booked while we were there and we never heard anyone else at night. The two-person copper tub. Epic.
