Tuyệt vời Super nice hotel. Friendly staff and very cozy. Watch out if you’re 6 foot plus. I smacked my head at least two or three times at the breakfast buffet from low hanging beams while trying to get food and also while standing up after eating. Not the hotel’s fault necessarily but just something for future travelers to watch out for.

I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Anna who had the biggest smile on her face and welcomed us with such warmth. She truly made this stay incredible. I was originally planning on moving to a different hotel midway through my trip because my mom was leaving Hanoi before me and I didn't need to stay in a large room, but I ended up cancelling my other hotel and extending my stay at Kecho Legacy instead. The breakfast was also another favorite, their coffee was so good, we had to ask the chefs what the exact coffee brand was and we bought 3 bags to bring home. When Anna was off, Jamie was equally incredible and they both would always ask us what our plans were for the day, give recommendations, and ask us how our days went the next morning. I'll be staying here any time I'm in Hanoi!

This is the hotel to stay in if you want peace and quiet and good black out curtains to keep out the summer heat. It’s located in a laneway off the main streets, but it’s easy to walk down when you get dropped off. There is also an amazing cafe right next door which was an added bonus.
Our room was flawless. The bath was so big it fit myself and my 6ft5 boyfriend easily together with room to spare.
The staff were absolutely amazing. We had an early check out so they packed us breakfast to go for our bus ride to Sapa.
10/10 - we are definitely planning on staying there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Kecho Legacy Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
I ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food — the quality is great and the portions are generous. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection. I tried the spa as well, and the massage was relaxing and well done. The rooftop offers a lovely view and is a great place to unwind.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the most attentive, helpful, and kind team I’ve experienced in any hotel. Their hospitality made the stay even more special.
Overall, I honestly have no complaints and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Do not stay here. Paid $200 for one night, completely outrageous for the type of accommodation. Reception is in a different building, you get no help with the luggage to the other building, the space is tiny even for European standards and you need to bring luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. Let’s not feed into these types of companies that take advantage of tourists that work hard for their money.
