Would recommend to people visiting Rome. Was a very nice guest house with very good service and amenities and breakfast. Very nice rooms with air con and balconies. The location is also good.

Chambre super propre, personnel hyper serviable et présente pour l’arrivée. Parle français!!! Rien a redire. Une dizaine de minute de marche du métro A (station Re di Roma).
Déjeuner et capsules de café bien olus que ce que j’aurais pu boire.

We needed a room for one night, it was fine for that. We shared kitchen / living area with other guests in the apartment, our room had a small ensuite bathroom. Check-in closes at 2000 but the host still greeted us even though we were late. Breakfast appeared to be mostly plastic wrapped long shelf life stuff, coffee machine capsules are provided in room. I thought it was a reasonable price for what we got and the less than 10 mins walk from Tuscolana station, note, footpaths are in poor condition or have parked cars blocking them so wouldn't suit people walking from the railway station with large bags.

We needed a room for one night before a morning flight, it was fine. It is a 10 min walk from Tuscolana, footpaths are in poor condition or have cars blocking them so wouldn't suit people walking with large bags. Sharing a kitchen with other guests in apartment, our room had a small ensuite bathroom. Check-in closes at 2000 and should message them to advise your expected arrival and receive directions. Breakfast a very basic affair, mostly prepackaged items, there are coffee capsules provided in your room. It was a reasonable price for what we got.

Tuyệt vời Eleanora was super helpful, very friendly and accommodating. The room was basic but had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property is very safe and secure and was very clean. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the metro and just a few stops to get into the centre of Rome. Would recommend😊

I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. I booked the quad room which was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The room was clean and comfy. We also felt very safe there. The B&B is located in a much bigger apartment building. So there is no lobby or check in desk. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, sort of a suite. Inside the suite there is 4 different rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is where daily breakfast is offered. Breakfast was a collection of breads and pastries with spreads and juices. She also offered pancakes or waffles, all individually wrapped. Breakfast was very convenient as it helped make sure we were good to face our day without having to find a breakfast option. You must contact the owner to let her know when you plan on arriving she can meet you to let you in. You will have your own keys: for the building, the B&B suite, and your room. We had a great time and I recommend booking this as it was a great option for us.

Eleanora was very accommodating and kind with our check in. The location felt very safe, was an easy 10 minute walk to the metro and had wonderful restaurant options very close by. The bathroom was a little small but adequate and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here after a cruise. Easy to get to on the train from Civitavecchia, 5 minute walk from Tuscolana Station. The train goes to the airport too. Get to all the sights using the Re di Roma metro, also a 5 minute walk. Leonora will give you directions and suggestions of where to eat. Simple DIY breakfast is provided and a great coffee machine! Supermarket and pizza shop next door. Highly recommended! Thank you for having us!
