Staff Krishna has a attitude problem yelling to her juniors told me no room is there for us and took our money online sending us to another hotel all rooms were empty though very rude pathetic can’t describe this front counter lady

My experience at The Singh Empire was exceptional! The hotel's luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine at the in-house restaurant made my stay truly unforgettable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Singh Empire, and it was truly unforgettable! The luxurious rooms, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service made for a perfect getaway. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Hotel Singh Empire to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The property is on a main busy road with very limited parking, we checked in and found that there was building work being done. Drilling was continuous until 7.30pm in the evening Nextdoor to our rooms. The pictures of the hotel were not as described. As the work was going to continue and we were due to stay for 4 days we made the decision to leave the hotel that evening. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is probably one of the grossest hotels I've stayed at in my adult years. The pictures are extremely modified. We got a triple room, and the beds were very small. The tallest one of us was 5'8 and their feet were dangling off the twin bed. The big issue was the bathroom - it had a lot of black mold (we were all too disgusted to attempt to use the shower). My friend puked when she entered the washroom, as it had a strong, pungent mold/mothball smell. If you look at the pictures below, you'll see that the shower tile on the side has some black, which one would think was the tile design. It was all the mold.

Hotel rooms were not at all same as shows on their page and booked, charged extra for even water delivered to room even though it was included in package, no house keeping until was complained multiple times

The rooms on the higher floors need updating, whereas those on the lower floor seemed nicer. The restaurant staff were wonderful in terms of quality of food and the service.
