There were 3 flights of stairs to the rooms and 3 flights of stairs to the breakfast room No hand rails The road to the place was mostly one lane with walls sometimes just barely enough for the car to make it through and no lighting making it treacherous in the dark The owner must meet you on a main road to Lead you to the place The room had a heavy fragrance which was too much for someone with sensitivities. The bathroom was poorly lit and the shower just enough to stand in The room itself was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable but it was 30 euro more per day if you used both The breakfast was mostly semi-sweet breads/cakes with whole apples and oranges and hard boiled eggs. There was no view of the lake except from the breakfast room. We left early as the road and steps were too much to deal with

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Ortes, - eingebettet zwischen etwa 100 Olivenbäumen, - ideal zum Entspannen. Der Eigentümer und Gastgeber (Giovanni) ist ein wahrer "Wonneproppen", - ein "Dottore de Charme" ! - Insbesondere sein außergewöhnlich GUTER Frühstückskaffee fällt aus dem Rahmen und lässt den Tag gleich PERFEKT beginnen ! - Gerne werden wir bei Gelegenheit an diesen herzlichen Ort zurückkehren ! - Arrivederci !!!

Vraiment, un accueil extraordinaire, par le Propriétaire d’une Gentillesse extrême, tout à notre service mais avec beaucoup de joie et de sympathie Un lieu magnifique, une propriété extrêmement bien entretenue à l’écart Du bruit du bord du lac. Vraiment j’ai hâte d’y retourner.

Very good hotel position if you want to play golf. New, very clean rooms, quiet place. Friendly and kind staff. The owner Giovanni directly takes care of you and he is really a very good person. Thank you

Einfach nur toll!! Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollen Zimmer, der Garten bombastisch und natürlich ein super Gastgeber! Wir konnten uns sehr gut Erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen! Wir können die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen und für uns was es definitiv nicht das letze mal! See you Giovanni 😃👍
