Welcoming Staff, quick check-in, quiet location, Spacious room, secure parking inside the Boom Gate, Hot Shower, Split level aircon

We had everything we needed and were very happy with our stay.

Spacious cabin, parking outside the door, full-sized fridge, great split-level air conditioner. Soap and Shampoo are dispensed from bottles. The plastic shower curtain is annoying, but the hot shower with good pressure was fantastic

Clean and tidy family cabin

I love staying here. Friendly staff.

Family friendly, late check in at midnight was available.

Cabin was fine for 2 nights. Close to things with a nice view. Beds were hard and not comfy and we were only given 1 towel each for 2 nights. When checking in, I was not told that we had to do the dishes, nor was it in any of the literature given to me, or in the fees and policies on hotels.com. After we checked out, I got a phone from the reception saying they were charging us a cleaning fee because “it’s not the cleaner’s responsibility to do your dishes”. She was really rude and would not listen and just said she would invoice me $20 as it’s standard everywhere for dishes to be done ourselves. I mentioned I wasn’t told about it and she didn’t care and was even more rude. If I knew, I would have done it, but either way, she shouldn’t have been so rude.

Staff can hear other residents talking inside the room

This was a budget accommodation so I wasn’t expecting much. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did not expect a leaky roof when it rained. Also a parking space was provided but no signage was visible informing others the spaces were for paying guests, so others used our space.
