This is a 5 year old hotel that feels like it has 20 years of wear. It looks like guests have been extremely hard on the rooms. Also, our room had weird stains, wet toothpaste on the floor, signs of the place not being vacuumed (little bits on the floor I tidied up before my wife entered the room) and no toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom (I don't mean it came off, I mean it seems that one was never built.) It just seems like Hilton constructed and handed this hotel over to a staff who just gave up on parts of it. (Having said that, it also seems like it was finished a little sloppy at the end of the building process.) All of this was doubly-odd as all the Home2Suites we have stayed in before have been wonderful. We will keep giving Home2Suites elsewhere a chance but next time we stay in Page, we'll likely look for a different hotel.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette, large fridge, microwave.

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay on July 8th 2026. I had precooked our meals due to my Honey's allergies but to our delight the breakfast had many allergy friendly options. We loved the pull out table in the living room where we played games, and the bathroom was well equipped likewise. We slept well on the firm mattress even though we have supersoft beds at home. Also it was nice that the room was already cooled down for us. Our room was on the 2nd floor we used their convenient trolley and elevator to convey our luggage and necessities to the room. So many ways this establishment took care of us. Thanks to everyone you were fantastic.

Where to begin! The hotel looked amazing, the building is obviously new. Rooms appeared great. We were very happy that we had made a good choice. Then, at 2am my 16yo daughter woke up, woke us up, and said "mom, something is biting my face." We turned on the lights. The left half of her face was completely swollen. Her left arm was half-swollen with large swollen patches. Large swollen patches on her back. We tossed her bed and found, inside her pillow case, a bedbug. I assume there was more than 1 that caused 18 bites on this poor girl in 2hrs. We went to the front desk. They offered to switch our rooms. We would need two rooms to fit everyone instead of the 1 room we had but that would have been fine. We checked the first room they offered - appeared clean. Checked the second room and saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. It was a small pale baby. Took a couple steps in the room and found an adult hiding in the kitchen. We spent the next 6 hours sterilizing all of our belongings, running all of our clothes through the dryer at high heat to kill any bugs, and left. Found additional cockroach in our bathroom while showering. Yuck. They offered a refund, of course, but since I had paid through Expedia, they handled it for me, thankfully. They also offered to refund the $70 in laundry we spent while sterilizing all our clothes, but they never followed through. A dozen phone calls and emails later, never any answer, and still no refund.

Hotel is standard and conveniently located in PAGE, Az (very small middle of nowhere). Every fast food chain you can think of and a Walmart surround this property. Close to highlights of the area, horseshoe bend, glen canyon, lake powell, antelope canyon. Very small pool, online picture is deceiving. Rooms where clean and spacious. We appreciated the breakfast spread - decent choices.

Seriously the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! Check in was smooth, the room was spacious and comfortable, the shower pressure was perfect! It was the perfect launch point for our lake Powell vacation. Even shipped some packages there from home. 10/10 would stay there again!

I booked one room for my wife and me. The clerk told me I had booked 2 rooms and if I didn’t call and cancel using the Hilton number she gave me, I would be billed for the second room. The number had multiple options, none of which worked. Then I got an email saying the second room was canceled by the Page AZ lobby. Wasted a half an hour on this.

Clean room. Easy access.
