The hostel is ok, however, the room I was in was to me very unwelcoming.

I attempted to check in on Friday, April 17 at approximately 01:30 AM. Despite informing the staff member that my stay was already prepaid, he insisted that I pay again and stated that it was “not his problem” if I had to pay twice, and I should just talk to the morning staff. I initially spoke to him in Italian and presented my passport along with my Italian documents, none of which are Chinese. Nevertheless, he continued to insist on a second payment, something I have never encountered in any of my previous prepaid stays. When he became frustrated, he switched to Google Translate and began speaking to me as if I only understood Chinese, despite the fact that I had spoken exclusively in Italian and English with the staff, and Spanish with my friends throughout the night. At no point did I present a Chinese passport, speak Chinese, or indicate any connection to that language. His assumptions were inappropriate and unprofessional. The insistence on double payment demonstrates a lack of competence in handling check‑ins, and the remarks and behavior displayed toward me were discriminatory. This experience reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and cultural awareness, and it significantly impacted what should have been a straightforward check‑in process.

Great amenities, super friendly staff, and every night there is a community event, great spot to meet people!!

Loved the hostel. The staff were really friendly and supportive. There were loads of activities that brought people together so it would be easy to meet other travelers. I particulary wanted to find the flea market and they were helpful and gave me directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. I went for walks in the morning along the harbour.

Loved my stay at Ostello Bello! Super clean, really nice vibe, and everyone was so friendly. The location is perfect — easy to get around and close to everything. Honestly, such good value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

stunning property that has great amenities and friendly staff - front desk was super friendly and helpful that do such an amazing job of making you feel welcome and setting the tone for a great stay! offering water and just being all smiles and generous even if juggling a bunch of requests! grazie mille and hope to return soon

Es el mejor hostel al que fui. Limpio, super amplio, bien ubicado. La atención de los chicos de recepción y su buena predisposición siempre hicieron que tuviera una semana increíble. Un detalle no menor es que te dan café y una variedad de pastas para elegir completamente gratis. Anthony, Juan y equipo, gracias por todo :) espero volver pronto!

The property is located in amazing location,near the marina where's nice restaurants and enjoyable walk in the evening. The staff of the property were very supportive and helpful..
