Tuyệt vời This was a perfect location to explore the city - a couple of blocks off State, and comfortable walk to the wharf, and so many nearby shops, restaurants and activities. The modern apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel (more like a "motel". It was in basically a residential neighborhood which made it quiet.
* About 2 blocks from 101, could not hear traffic
* Great little neighborhood store about half a block away
* A few blocks from the bustling State Street
* Interesting twist: No office nor "front desk"; all was done via texting (i.e., needed shower mat and new towels - they arrived immediately).
* No kitchen per se, but had microwave, frig, sink and Keurig coffee machine
* Outdoors (6) or so parking spaces, but larger indoor/adjoining covered parking garage

This is our second time staying at a ZenStay property in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay at Casa De La Vina. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didn’t have a problem with street noise or other guests. Very calm and quiet at night. We slept soundly all night. For folks sensitive to any noise, they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs.
We had a kitchen (no oven- cook top) and was fully stocked with more than just the basics. Olive oil / vinegar / salt / pepper mills / seasoning rack and if you decide to prepare your own meals, they have very sharp Japanese knives and plenty of cutting boards.
The bathroom was large and the water pressure in the shower was just right.
The air conditioning / fan was lovely to have. It wasn’t complicated to use made very little sound.
The units have skylights so we had plenty of natural lighting throughout the morning and day.
We actually decided to extend our stay and the offside management team made the transition very smooth for us.
Overall the property is very well maintained and match the pictures online.
We will be back.

This property is okay.
Pros: Close to downtown, room has a refrigerator and microwave. free parking with ev charger with a good fee. relatively new property. Kitchenette set (utensils, plates, mugs, cups, soap & sponge)
Cons: Overpriced considering parking lot view on ground level, Refrigerator was too noisy (next to the bed), Bed was not comfortable (memory foam, a bit damp), Hair dryer was broken (only cold air worked), Towel had stain (requested new towels), Coffee machine was not working (property manager provided a reset instruction at the end), bug came out from the floor baseboard, site trash bin location was hard to find, no daily cleaning service, no amenity

I really enjoyed my stay here and sincerely appreciate having real plates, cups, knives, I was happily surprised. They also have a high ceilings & skylight (with automated blinds, for natural light and dark. I will return here.
