The room was exactly as described. The amenities were great: pool, workout area, inside lounge area with pool table. Check-in and out were a breeze. Far enough away from the busy of downtown area, but close enough to enjoy it with a quick five minute ride share. Will definitely return!

When I arrived, there was no clear instructions on how the parking worked. I asked the guy at the front desk if I needed to scan the door sign at the front door and his response was, “You can if you want.” Typically at hotels, it’s a flat night rate for your stay duration but I’m still unclear on that as well as it seems i got charged by the hour or day. Upon getting settled in the room, there was no live tv in the entire unit. Not even basic cable/news channels. For $250/night with no basic cable is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. So I had no tv the entire week. To add to that, when I went to go to bed, there was no remote for the bedroom tv. I called the front desk and the same guy at the front desk came up and tried 2-3 different remotes that didn’t work. He then instructed me to reach out the next day to get help, which I did and never received any response. So that tv didn’t even work the entire week. I also tried to use the washer and that didn’t work properly either. The water wouldn’t drain so I had to run 5-6 rinse and drain cycles manually just to get the clothes not covered in soap. Overall a super disappointing experience for the price. I loved the area so much and amenities but the staff, in unit amenities and communication lack terribly. No one at the front desk seems to know much or wants to help. Thanks for coming to my ted talk. I never leave reviews.

Such an interesting Hotel! Appartments down below and Hotel rooms on the 10th Penthouse floor! Very comfotable, everything you need. Lovely 3'6" pool, perfect!

We had five nights at this eclectic apartment complex. The neighbourhood is a little remote from the downtown area and many of the apartments are leased by young people. Lots of activities to partake in. Staff were excellent and there was a bar there We had a studio apartment which had no table and chairs and no bedside tables but all other amenities needed for a short stay. $20 per day to park. Close to the airport.

We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well stocked for anyone using it. Room was spotless. Bed and mattress excellent. We had the corner room so windows on 2 sides.

The perfect location and space.

Amazing place. A twenty min walk to downtown. Beautiful property.

Very friendly staff and excellent facilities.
