For my daughter the communication with property manager was terrible. No AC, Room had no fan in a massive heat wave, window would not open. Room was so hot, she could not sleep. Staff said they would bring a fan the first night. Never showed with fan. Then made an excuse that all fans were issued out. Room had a creepy, and disturbing decor. The hotel did not offer another room. My daughter left the next morning for another hotel. The hotel refused to refund her money for the first night and charged her for three nights out of the original five-night stay. I am requesting full refund to the credit card for all five nights. Hotel could not fix the problems, refused to fix the problems, refused to change rooms, and had a locked window for no air access and a fire hazard. The room was a serious health hazard to my daughter with asthma. Please advise me of the refund for the room to my daughters credit card. This hotel should never be represented by Expedia.

Hotel location is not bad. It is 15 min. away from the FEX train station. Right beside of the hotel, there is railroad. It is quite noisy and annoying. Especially my is serious. It is not easy to recommend anyone to consider staying here.

There was no air condition in the building anywhere. Not in rooms or in common areas. We arrived early and tried to get early Check-in but it was not available. The day before we also tried but could not access their app. Additionally the train tracks were next to the building Making-it hard to sleep. The temperatures were in the 40s c(105f) and the rooms were extremely hot.

It was close to train stations and very close to laundry facilities and with the Habel next door - a wonderful bar to enjoy a beer.”
There is no lift.
As the floors are ‘European’ height and I was on the third floor - it was A LOT to get my bags up and down. There was no fan in the room and no flyscreen - but as people were having beers in the courtyard- it was noisy anyway and I wouldn’t have opened the window.
There were no curtains just some paper blinds, so I’m glad I had my eye mask (June - sun is up late and very early)
The toilet and bathroom facilities were clean, the room was clean and the bedding was clean.
It might help to “ATTENTION” the check-in process and the lack of lift and people.
I did assist a customer to check-in.
Great location though and very clean and tidy overall.

If you need an elevator for your luggage, not the hotel for you. We repaired the shower handle & chair leg in our room. There was no tissue, one flat pillow each, couldn’t open the windows, or you would be assaulted by cigarette smoke from the courtyard below. The hotel is RIGHT next to train tracks, so again, couldn’t open windows to sleep. Walls are paper thin, we heard people coming down the stairs at 04:30am, as though they were in our room. There are no on-site employees, so you have to call if you need anything. It IS a very funky/artistic place but more of a dorm room than a hotel. NEVER AGAIN

Trains overhead so very noisy throughout the night, and curtains let all the light in at 5am each morning. No staff around, but admittedly someone did deliver earplugs when I messaged the app. No coffee/tea in room and the "complimentary coffee machine" in the lobby was broken. My room had a broken window, and had graffiti all over the walls.
Plus side: earplugs provided when requested. Location is very central. Access very easy through email instructions.
