The hotel is inside a building with multiple different hotels within. It is IMO the best spot to be in the town of Amalfi, you are right by the town center but not in the middle of it. My wife and I stayed in one of the suites with a jacuzzi on the balcony and let me tell you it was STUNNING! We got to stare out into the lit up town at night, it was unreal. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the ferry,taxi’s,buses etc as well so traveling is very efficient The staff was great. They met us on arrival ( we took a private transfer from our hotel in Praiano) and took our luggage up to the hotel and then our room. They allow you to choose from 5 different breakfast options and they bring it to your room at whatever time you select, so easy and delicious. We booked all of our transfers and excursions through the concierge and they did amazing. So efficient and smooth Can’t say enough good things about Palazzo Vitagliano. Book your stay!

Perfect place to stay in Amalfi. The room was excellent, with an amazing balcony view of the sea and coast. The best part was probably the service. Elena, Paola, and Angelo were extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

It was difficult to access, the staff was so helpful in directing us to the entrance, handling our luggage, and arranging transportation. Super cool view of the ferry terminal and water and everything is just a short walk away!

We stayed one night at the hotel and the staff were all very helpful. They helped carry our luggage to the room, provided help on getting a bus ticket to Bomerano, offered good suggestions on things to do in Amalfi and helped us connect with our transfer and hotel in Positano to get our bags over to Positano while we hiked the Path of Gods.
