Such a gorgeous view and very helpful staff

Incredibly wonderful stay! We really enjoyed ourselves in Amalfi much because of our stay at Piazza Vitagliano! The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially Llenia, Paola, and Angelo! Can not say enough about their kind efforts throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful with the utmost incredible view of the sea! Stairs are part of the experience, so expect that; although, I do not think you can stay anywhere in Amalfi without stairs. Angelo carried ALL of our luggage up the stairs for us. They build that in as a courtesy. Wonderful!

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect, the room was so modern, clean and the views were amazing. I can’t complement the staff enough, they are so friendly and helpful, they go over and above to make your stay special and easy. Would highly recommend and stay again if we return to Amalfi - perfect central location too.

Right in the middle of plaza. Really load inside the rooms. Can hear noise till 3am.

This was a lovely place to stay in Almafi. The staff was very kind and helpful. They communicated with us prior to our arrival and helped us with our bags from the port. The location offers a beautiful view— particularly the balcony room we reserved. The bed was nice, there was an honesty bar for convenience, and everything was clean and well cared for. The only “negatives” are that the outside side noise can be quite loud. They clearly invested in doors and windows that help keep the noise down though. There is not a lift, so if you have trouble with stairs please keep that in mind. Finally, getting to the hotel can be a little treacherous, with the narrow road and fast traffic. All and all. We would recommend staying here if you vacation to Amalfi.

Overall, I would say my experience was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. This property is marketed as a luxury stay, but in my opinion, much of the premium price is for the incredible view and location rather than extensive amenities. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Amalfi Beach, which is a huge advantage. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms also feature large in-room bathtubs, which were a nice touch. The staff were helpful with luggage, especially considering there are about 50 steps leading up to the hotel, and they also offer private airport transfers for convenience. That said, some amenities I would typically expect at this price point were missing. There is no pool and no terrace or common outdoor space. housekeeping was provided daily. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a beautiful view and a prime location in Amalfi, but if you’re expecting a full luxury hotel experience with extensive facilities, you may find the value doesn’t quite match the price.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! From the staff to the marble floors!! The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi with a large terrace and if it’s available, don’t hesitate to book it!! Amazing views! 10/10

Warning: Not Well Suited for Elderly Guests First, it is important to note that this is a bed-and-breakfast, not a hotel. The property appears to be a large former suite that has been converted into a charming bed-and-breakfast. While the accommodations are beautiful and the location is very convenient, it may not be well suited for elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. Access requires climbing more than 30 steps each time you enter or leave the property, which can be challenging. In addition, the property is located on a very narrow road, making access somewhat difficult and potentially unsafe for older visitors. That said, the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is outstanding, with a generous and delicious selection. The combination of the beautiful setting, excellent location, and wonderful service makes for a very enjoyable stay, provided that the stairs and access are not an issue for the guests. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff are the nicest people and are super helpful. I highly recommend. The room was amazing too.
